Shipping Policy

  1. Local Warehouse Delivery:
    Orders placed with our local warehouse option are dispatched directly from our distribution center.
    Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days.
    Please note: deliveries to remote areas may require additional time.
  2. European Warehouse:
    Our EU warehouse is operational, with delivery times of 1–6 business days.
    Service covers the following countries:
    Germany, Poland, France, Italy, Spain, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, and Sweden.
  3. Global Shipping (Outside Europe):
    For customers in other regions, orders are shipped from our China warehouse via FedEx International.
    Delivery usually takes 5–15 business days, depending on destination.
    Please note: Shipping costs are higher and free shipping is available for Bulk orders Only.
    Tip: add multiple items to make shipping more cost-effective.To modify or cancel an order, contact us immediately. Orders already shipped cannot be canceled.

  4. Taxes & Customs Duties:
    EUROPEAN VAPE MARKET does not charge sales tax or export tax.
    Any import duties, VAT, or customs fees incurred during clearance are the customer’s responsibility.
    EUROPEAN VAPE MARKET (EVM) Vape is not liable for confiscations by local customs.
    Please check your country’s import regulations before placing an order.
  5. Split Shipments:
    For larger orders, items may be shipped in multiple packages with separate tracking numbers.
    If, due to logistics issues, a package is not delivered, EUROPEAN VAPE MARKET  will take responsibility and issue a full refund.
  6. Delivery Guarantee:
    If your package has not arrived within 25 working days after shipment, please contact our support team at

    You may request either a reshipment or a refund.
  7. Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Items:
    If your items are damaged, missing, or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing

    Once reviewed and approved, we will assist in resolving the issue.
    Please note: replacement and reshipping services are limited for international orders.
